This is only for ovens.

Why do appliance companies struggle with apps?

Nearly $10k on Electrolux appliances and no integrated app for the entire suite. This is only for ovens. The Electrolux appliance app is only for vacuums. Uh luh luh. Also, the app won’t register my product.

Update: this app closes itself all the time. Tell the oven to preheat? Closes. Set the timer? Closes. What a joke.

The oven door has double glass and due to the natural convection of air between these glasses, the outer glass is significantly cooled, thus preventing kitchen staff from getting burned. Transparent door glass and halogen lighting of the chamber allow you to control the cooking process.

Cleaning the oven chamber to meet the strictest hygiene standards with four programs that tackle the toughest dirt with ease. Automatic and semi-automatic cleaning modes are available.

The quick chill function is indispensable when switching to cooking a type of food that requires lower temperatures than the cooking temperature of the previous dish. In this way, enough time is saved, and therefore productivity is increased.

The body of this model is made of AISI 304 high quality stainless steel and complies with all hygiene standards and norms for professional kitchen equipment.
