When will Apple Memorial Day sales begin?

This year Memorial Day falls on Monday, May 29, but the first crop of Apple Memorial Day sales are now live. Retailers often begin discounting products in early May, with the middle of the month often marking the real start of the sales. In fact, some of the best Apple deals often occur the weekend before Memorial Day, so you’ll want to be alert.

What Apple Memorial Day sales can we expect?

This Memorial Day, we’re hoping to see big discounts on the majority of Apple’s current lineup. From MacBook Air M2 to AirPods Max, retailers will almost certainly offer big savings on Apple’s best gear.

In terms of specific deals, we’re hoping the AirPods Pro 2 might drop to $189, or maybe even lower. And the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 could be slashed to a new lowest price ever of around $999, and the MacBook Air M1 is no longer the flagship but could drop to around $699. Plus, expect to see as much as $300 off iPads.

Apple Watch deals should also be in solid supply, the Apple Watch SE seems a strong candidate to drop below $200, whereas the Apple Watch 8 could hit $299. Perhaps the Apple Watch Ultra will also get its first major price cut as well.

Which iPhone should I buy?

When choosing your next phone, you likely have a few ideas in mind already about what your priority is. Apple has the most complex phone lineup they’ve ever had, and it can be difficult to make a choice based on price or specs alone. Here we break down each device series, and what standout features might drive you to that particular model to help choose between the best iPhone deals.

iPhone 14 Pro

Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro has a 48MP main camera, Dynamic Island and Always-on Display.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max

Apple continued the new tradition of keeping features identical across device sizes in the same class. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have the Dynamic Island, 48MP Main Camera, and always-on display.

The iPhone 14 Pro ditches the notch in favor of the Dynamic Island

The notch is gone in favor of a pill-shaped cutout at the top of the display. It houses the necessary components for Face ID and the selfie camera, but it now also acts as an interactive part of the UI.

iPhone 14 Pro Max

Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display featuring Always-On and ProMotion.

The always-on display shows a dimmed version of the wallpaper, the clock, widgets, and Live Activities. It is slowed to 1Hz to keep battery consumption to a minimum, and the display only turns off completely when face down or in a pocket.

Every camera has been upgraded via hardware updates or the new Photonic Engine. Capture massive 48MP photos in ProRAW with the new Main Camera.

The iPhone 14 Pro starts at $999 for 128GB of storage, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1,099. They come in four colors: space black, deep purple, gold, and silver.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus

Apple introduced the iPhone 14 Plus instead of another mini model. The feature set is identical across the standard iPhone 14 lineup, with only the display size as a differentiator.

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have updated cameras and new safety features

A15 Bionic returns from the iPhone 13 Pro to offer improved graphical performance. The camera system has better sensors and performs better in low light.

Crash Detection will alert emergency services if the user is in a car crash. Also, the iPhone 14 lineup can connect to a satellite if no other service is available to contact help. These new safety features are available across iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro.

The iPhone 14 starts at $799 for 128GB storage, while the iPhone 14 Plus starts at $899 (but the price whittles down substantially with the best iPad deals and incentives at the top of this page). The device ships in five colors: starlight, midnight, blue, purple, and Product(Red).

How to buy with a student discount?

Apple has a catalog of products available for students enrolled or enrolled in the university, as well as for parents who want to shop for university students and of course teachers and any other staff in the education sector. To be able to explore the store that Apple offers for the education sector, you just need to sign in to the Apple Store for the education sector. and there you can check which devices Apple includes in the discount catalog.

In addition, some other outlets such as K-Tuin o Rosellimak They offer different offers for the educational sector and students, which you should also explore, because sometimes the conditions are better than in the Apple Store itself.

    Subscribe to our Youtube channel

The first thing you need to access the Apple education discount is to register with UNiDAYS, provided you meet the requirements we mentioned above, to do this, simply go to or register on their verification website.

You must use your university’s email account that you use to sign in to Virtual Campus. or other platforms, or during the registration process, you can upload your student ID or student credit card so they can verify your account. Once a year you will have to renew your UNiDAYS account, but don’t worry, the process is fast and verification is done via email.

That’s all you need to sign up for UNiDAYS and get access to the myriad catalog of education and university deals and discounts that Apple puts in the palm of your hand.

    How much is Apple’s rebate?

Typically, the student discount at the Apple Store in Education is between 8% and 10%, depending on the type of product you want to purchase. Checking the price difference is very easy, just go online and check that 9The 0130 Education MacBook Air starts at 1.016.94 euros and the total price without discounts is 1.129 euros, This saving of over 100 euros on the MacBook Air is not bad at all, and the difference will become more noticeable as soon as we purchase more expensive products.

    What devices can I buy?

The first disappointment may come here, how could it not be otherwise, the catalog that Apple offers to take advantage of the student discount is designed specifically to help you in your daily studies, therefore, only those products that are designed for productivity, office automation, or development are available, and this automatically excludes iPhones, Apple Watches, and AirPods.

So we will be able to buy the following products in all their variants and even if we want we can customize them or customize their characteristics:

    • iPad Air
    • iPad
    • iPad mini

Likewise, you’ll get free access to Apple TV+ completely free with the purchase of an Apple Music student subscription for €4.99 per month, another great deal that only UNiDAYS accredited users can take advantage of.

Are there offers at other points of sale?

Indeed, you can find educational offers in other outlets. For example, K-Tuin offers 0% financing on the purchase of a Mac or iPad, all in addition to a discount that is usually 10% off the price of product end. To do this, you must prove that you comply with the terms, both through the website and through the physical K-Tuin store, you must present a valid student ID, current course registration and proof of payment or, in the absence of all of the above, certificate from the educational center that you are a student of the current course.

Meanwhile, Rosellimac, one of the largest Apple resellers in Spain, has permanent discounts from 3% to 5% depending on specific campaigns for users with student status. In the case of Rosellimac, you will need to accredit it with one of the following three options: a valid student card, a valid course registration, or a certificate from the center where you study.

When is the best time to buy?

Well, here we have an important trick, and it is that once a year between September and October, Apple usually launches a promotion. “Back to School” Along with the rest of the company’s resellers, here you can see genuine crazy deals that will not only save you money on your Mac or iPad, but also combine with other new items that you can not miss.

Many of these school campaign offers will include some AirPods with your purchase, gift vouchers, 0% funding, and exclusive services like courses or accident insurance with your devices, so it’s really interesting that if you don’t hurry up, you’re waiting for the school campaign because you can grab some AirPods to accompany your new iPad or Mac – an offer you definitely don’t want to miss.
