The free baggage allowance depends on the selected fare.
The maximum allowable size of a piece of baggage is up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, not more than 100 cm on any side.
The maximum allowable baggage weight is determined depending on the selected fare group “Economy”, “Business”.
Before putting things in baggage, make sure that the suitcase is carefully packed, its surfaces are intact and there are no damages.
Each piece of luggage must have at least one flat edge, bag handles must be firmly fixed or removed.
Compliance with these simple rules will help you to transport your luggage intact and without violations.
Luggage consolidation
If two or more passengers are traveling together for the same purpose of traveling to the same destination airport or stopover on the same flight (booked in a single booking or family members, persons traveling together or on a business trip booked in different bookings) tickets with included free baggage allowance or checked excess baggage, then, at the request of passengers, it is allowed to combine baggage into one place for the baggage of these passengers. In the case of combining checked baggage allowances, one piece of baggage must not exceed 30 kg in weight and 203 cm in sum of three dimensions.

1. General Provisions
1.1 Prepaid

“Aeroflot Bonus”. For transportation of 5 or more additional pieces of baggage, payment

1.6 Ordering the service is available upon booking
air transportation, as well as passengers who have a confirmed booking or paid
air ticket.
1.7 Additional pieces of baggage may be carried
be ordered and paid online on PJSC Aeroflot website www.aeroflot.ru or
in a mobile application using the “Online order of additional seats” service

24 hours before the flight departure time. Unpaid service booked

produced only at points of sale, offices of authorized agents.
1.9 The service is not applicable to
registration of baggage, the weight and / or dimensions of which exceed the limit parameters. Payment
baggage items exceeding the established parameters are carried according to baggage
tariffs valid for payment during check-in for a flight at airport ticket offices.
1.10 Service is provided
on Aeroflot PJSC’s own operating regular flights and flights
airlines under the commercial management of Aeroflot PJSC.
1.11 PJSC Aeroflot
reserves the right not to provide the “Prepaid
baggage” on certain destinations, as well as on certain flights
depending on the period of transportation, route, type of aircraft.
The service is not available for flights departing from the airports: Atyrau, Bodrum
(flights of Rossiya Airlines JSC, numbering SU5950-6999), Goa, Guangzhou,
Dalaman (flights of Rossiya Airlines JSC, numbering SU5950-6999), Delhi,
Dubai, Cairo, Colombo, Male, Beijing (flights of Rossiya Airlines JSC,
numbering SU5950-6999), Seychelles, Harbin, Hurghada, Shanghai, Sharm El Sheikh.
The number of available services is limited for flights operated
on the aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100 (RRJ-95B).
If on one of the sections of the transfer route
baggage transportation is subject to the indicated restrictions, then the service “Preliminarily
Paid Baggage” is not available for the entire itinerary.
1.12 Service not provided
on codeshare flights where Aeroflot PJSC is a marketing
carrier (flight numbering SU 3000-5399).
2. Registration, payment for the service
2.1 Registration of the service is carried out
on an Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD).
2.2 Payment for services on the PJSC website
Aeroflot is carried out online by means of payments using a bank card,
Internet banking, payment agents, virtual gift certificate and e-voucher.
Payment for services in the offices is made in cash or non-cash payment method. Service payment
through the contact center is made by bank card.
2.3 Paying with Member Miles
Aeroflot Bonus is not produced.
2.4 Registration of services on the PJSC website
Aeroflot, in the mobile application, the contact center is made before time
end of check-in for the flight.
2.5 At sales offices, the service may be
issued at least 24 hours before the flight departure time.
2.6 After paying for the service, the passenger is issued
receipt of an electronic multi-purpose document (hereinafter, an EMD receipt), when paying on the site
or in the contact center, the receipt is sent to the email address specified when
booking. The passenger can independently obtain an EMD receipt using the service
“Booking management” in the section of the website www.aeroflot.ru “Online services” after payment
services on the website, in the Contact Center, in sales offices.
3. Service renewal, refund

When a passenger contacts Aeroflot PJSC sales offices (branches,
representative office) for the return of a service issued on the website or through the contact center,
service return can be issued at the office.
3.2 For services paid for at offices
sales of Aeroflot PJSC branches, representative offices:

to the smaller side; - in case of a change in the date or route of transportation under the contract
air transportation of a passenger; - in case of refusal of a passenger from transportation or from paid
services.
For re-issuance of the service, the return of funds, the passenger must
contact the sales office at the place of purchase of the service. If it is impossible to apply locally
the purchase of the service, the return of the unused service can be made at the sales office of PJSC
Aeroflot, branch, representative office at the place of the passenger’s request (if
applying for a refund in another country, the refund is made in the currency of this
country, taking into account the exchange rate in effect in the booking system on the date of the return).
3.3 For services paid for at agents’ offices,
refund for an unused service is made only on the spot
service purchase.
3.4 Cancellation of an unused service
can be produced during the validity period of the electronic multi-purpose document
(1 year from date of sale).
3.5 Method of obtaining a refund
funds for an unused service is determined in accordance with the payment method
services.
3.6 If during check-in of baggage
at the airport, the additional piece of baggage for which the service is issued exceeds
weight and / or size limit, then the airport ticket office will charge the full
payment for an extra piece of baggage in excess. Previously paid services are refundable.
Attention! To avoid being late
for boarding (no-show for a flight) due to a refund of a service or
reissuing it when contacting the airport ticket office, the passenger is recommended
apply in advance for the return of the service.
3.7 Unused service is subject to
return in all cases when the passenger voluntarily or involuntarily refuses the air
carriage with the service, in case of unilateral termination of the contract by the carrier
air transportation of a passenger or if the passenger refuses to carry paid extra seats
baggage – a refund for the service is made in full.
