  The Razer Ergonomic Wrist Rest has a memory foam cushion wrapped in plush leatherette, while its Pro variant has cooling-gel infused memory foam wrapped in a special heat-transfer fabric for greater comfort. The Razer Ergonomic Wrist Rest Pro is only available for full-sized keyboards.

Really frustrating, their most expensive keyboard as far as I can tell cannot have the wrist rest replaced, which is the selling point difference between the elite and other models.

They told me to just buy another generic wrist rest from their store, but the elite has a magnetic connector that connects to chroma alongside a dedicated USB port.

The annoying thing is I have looked after this keyboard spectacularly, do routine cleaning and have not damaged it at all. It seems like the material for the wrist rest has just naturally decayed.

Does anyone have another solution to replace the specific elite wrist rest without replacing the entire keyboard?

Now, going back to your concern. I forwarded the case to our warranty team but failed to proceed with warranty claims as after careful inspection and investigation they deemed the damage as a wear and tear.

I am fine with the hand rest being out of warranty, but is there some way I can pay to get a replacement for just the rest? The keyboard has no issues itself and I would just like to pay for the hand rest part to be replaced.

Just to be clear this is natural degradation of the rest and I have looked after it very well, but I would still like to replace it regardless of it being within warranty or not.

Thank you for your response. In regards to the wrist rest, we actually don’t have a process for sending the replacement of a spare part for wrist rest. However, you can place an order to get a replacement for your wrist rest. It may not be the exact same model. But, this should suffice as a replacement.

The issue with the hand rests suggested is that the Razer Huntsman Elite has a magnetic connection that slots into the keyboard and is powered by a USB to provide Chroma, one of the selling points of the keyboard. The standalone hand rests sold by Razer do not provide any of these features.

Could I purchase the spare part for the wrist rest instead directly from Razer?
