One of the best waxes I have ever seen. The consistency is just what you need.
It is absorbed into the skin quickly, protecting the shoes from external influences and giving it a new look, as if they had just bought it. The gloss is good, not greasy. The packaging is easy to open, just press the bottom and it immediately opens. I apply it with a sponge, the polishing effect is excellent.

I have been using this shoe care product for several years. Since wax is colorless,

I like Salton waxes and creams. The quality is good, the shoes were in season and look well-groomed.

    Suspension parts T points Supports there are two main differences from other manufacturers:

    • Parts are made separately from arms and steering racks, while original parts are often assembled with the assembly, so the consumer has to pay extra if replacement is necessary.
    • Suspension elements are made from polyurethane, which is widely used for heavy-duty parts

    Polyurethane parts withstand heavy loads perfectly and do not lose their qualities for many years.

    As a rule, the aging of rubber parts takes effect after about two to three years of operation, regardless of the vehicle’s mileage. The longer the life of the car, the more the play of the levers progresses, the less control over the handling of the car. This, in turn, causes accelerated tire wear, uneven braking, and feedback from the steering. The loss of elasticity and resilience of rubber parts leads to intensive destruction of other suspension parts: ball bearings, levers, shock absorbers.

    Installing Pivot Point polyurethane suspension parts on the vehicle will give you a tangible benefit, you will get superior and best handling control in the most extreme driving conditions.

    Properties of polyurethane products:

    Physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane parts for polyurethane hardness parts 67 ± 5 units. Shore A:

    • conditional tensile strength not less than 200 kgf/cm²;
    • elongation at break not less than 500%;
    • conditional stress at 100% elongation not less than 20 kgf/cm²;
    • conditional stress at 300% elongation not less than 50 kgf/cm²;
    • tear resistance not less than 20 kgf/cm²;
    • brittle temperature limit is not higher than minus 60⁰С.

    Physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane parts for polyurethane hardness parts 82±5 units. Shore A:

    • conditional tensile strength not less than 250 kgf/cm²;
    • elongation at break not less than 500%;
    • conditional stress at 100% elongation not less than 25 kgf/cm²;
    • conditional stress at 300% elongation not less than 70 kgf/cm²;
    • tear resistance not less than 30 kgf/cm²;
    • brittle temperature limit is not higher than minus 60⁰С.

    Storage

    Parts are stored indoors at temperatures from 0 to 25⁰С and relative air humidity not more than 80% in packaged form. It is allowed to store parts at temperatures up to minus 50⁰С, while it is forbidden to subject them to any deformation. In the case of being at a negative temperature, the parts must be kept at a temperature of 20 ± 5⁰С for at least 24 hours before installation.

    Installation instructions

    When installing polyurethane parts with metal fasteners, rust and rubber residue must be removed. If there are large abrasions, large shells, replace the fasteners or clean the metal parts from rust with fine sandpaper and polish. Paint the cleaned places with quick-drying nitro enamel. If there are burrs, remove. In case of significant deviations and damage to the metal suspension elements, replace the damaged parts.

    • Spring bushings: when installing, lubricate* a thin layer of the shackle pin + outer and inner part of the bushing.
    • Anti-roll bar bushing: when installing, apply* a thin coat* of the stabilizer bar at the seat, and the inside of the clamping bracket and bushing.
    • Shock absorber bushing: when installing, lightly coat* the spacer bushing and the inside of the bushing. The outer part of the sleeve is not lubricated.
    • Silent block without outer metal sleeve: Lubricate* thinly when installing. Use taper arbor unless otherwise specified.
    • Bush with outer metal race: no grease* is used during installation.
    • Shock absorber bushing with inner metal bushing: Lubricate* lightly when installing. Use taper arbor unless otherwise specified.
    • Stabilizer link bushing (link): Lubrication* is not used during installation.

    Grease* – Before installing polyurethane parts, unless otherwise noted, lubricate metal contact points with waterproof grease.

    We recommend using the following waterproof greases:

    • based on Litol-24;
    • imported CV joint grease using lithium thickener soap;
    • copper grease MOLYKOTE CU-7439;
    • MOLYKOTE PG-54, -110 silicone greases;
    • FORUM fluoroplastic grease for CV joints and bearings.

    This will prevent abrasive particles (soil, sand) from getting into the deformation gaps at the maximum angles of operation of the suspension elements.

    ATTENTION! Features of the technology and the process of casting polyurethane isomers allows the formation of small shells and shrinkage voids on the surface of parts.
